入住多次，设施 卫生 位置 性价比都不错，只可惜毁在前台服务. 我投诉的过程是轻声细语的沟通，但前台领班Lisa情绪管理有严重的能力缺陷，交涉过程带着强烈负面情绪，缺乏服务业从业人员最基本的素质. 对待一位女士我还是保持了风度，但内心是非常不满意的. Lisa最不专业的是她本来就是处理客人投诉的，中途居然接起电话，把客人凉在一边. 我示意其他工作人员不能这样，她才匆匆挂了，气冲冲的对我说: "我是这的经理，这个电话我必须接！" 我很无奈，最终放弃了投诉.
