房间还不错很大挺宽敞的，服务业还可以 就是温泉不像室外的那么好 没啥可玩的 性价比总体不是很高，但是要是住酒店还是可以的 勉强好评吧??

客房有一个领班的服务态度很恶劣，退房的时候，服务员说我有物品损坏，我很纳闷，不可能啊，问了一下才知道，说我有一块擦手的方巾脏了，我想起来说是泥，因为衣服上沾泥了，擦了一下，所以方巾上沾了一点泥，服务员非说是我弄染色了，无奈之下，我回到客房，那个领班要我当着他的面把方巾洗干净，我一忍再忍，给洗了，洗完之后，那个领班还举起方巾对着灯光照，说还有点印记，一定要洗的很干净，我强压怒火，又重新洗了一遍，这才完事，回到大堂，我就投诉，他们经理和我道歉，但是我需要的是当事人和我道歉，最后那个领班很不情愿的和我道歉，我也赶着离店，就草草了事，但是着他们这种态度让我感觉非常不舒服，毕竟也是五星级酒店，就这样的水平，真是太让人失望了！

房间卫生很差，地毯墙面全是污渍，看着就闹心。游戏币……游戏厅就几架机器没什么可玩的。保龄球人很多
