这酒店服务员整体水平较差 没有门童 没有接行李的 大厅入住退房高峰也只有两位办理的 有个貌似经理的女人踩了我脚一下 只是不情愿的悄悄说句对不起就飘过了 还是她先穿过我们排队等待的队伍 这在其他五星级酒店是绝没见过的 一个经理 穿队而过 早餐告诉我们要在2楼用 我们本来住在一楼 弄着孩子行李上去了 8点就告诉我们2楼没位置了 要下去1楼 我说你要是1楼也能用餐 干嘛非告诉我们早餐来2楼 告诉我们因为2楼有婚宴 那请问住客的权益就不要保障吗 最后吐槽一下房间 走廊的地毯已经能感到尘土飞扬 而且铺的极为不平 房间地毯也很脏 我终于明白为什么可以要个空气净化器放房间里了 这也就是个3星的水平 怎么上的五星 我怀有深深的疑问 再也不会来了

总体还是不错的，就是服务确实差点意思。本来定错了，想调下时间艺龙同意了，酒店死活不同意，打预订部一通转，各种推辞，沟通三次才明确答复不行。你直接告诉我不行就得了，还让我找艺龙，还两次。早餐还可以，一层大厅的餐饮部也还可以
