带了老人孩子加了床，订的豪华套房，但，很失望！！！地毯脏，沙发不干净，所有设备设施老旧。洗过一次澡就不想再进去。满地湿水，我绝不会干舍人为己的事，不会把毛巾，浴巾擦地，所以自己小心点。
应该有儿童特饮的，要了一次，不给就算了
拖鞋，浴巾等等都不全或没有，要了。空调还坏了，幸好能凑合。
但吃，玩儿我还是满意的。可以说很满意。
其他的，前台，安保，都很好。一层中餐厅也很好哦！
除了住房服务人员和酒店设备设施有待提高，其他都还好！
对了，酒店的洗漱用品还是算了吧！
主要豪华套房的我们，花了1300多元住这个环境真的失望
