挺好的，东33餐厅20号晚餐时一个女孩子服务员很赞，因我小孩挑食，不习惯吃那边的口味，特意让厨师给煮了碗按小孩爱好的面，谢谢！自助早餐6周岁不满也没1米2，要收半价有点难接受，出行n次头一回碰到。

先说不足的，前台办理入住速度有点慢，房间卫生上午出去就让打扫，下午四点回来还没打扫，我们到房间了，打扫卫生的也进来了，无语。儿童牙具拖鞋都没有，说暑假里来的儿童太多而断货了，暑假了孩子多，这个事前预料不到吗？可见管理上还是有问题的。地理位置很好，服务还算中规中矩，和北京饭店是通的，环境也不错，看升旗走过去不远。

全5星好评，非常满意。1.地理位置优越，给出去游玩能节约很多时间。到天安门10分钟。2.服务态度非常好，前台看到我们带着孩子比较大主动安排加床（免费）2.上楼入住，客房人员立即安排加床和拿孩子的洗漱用品，服务迅速周到。3.婷婷客服服务超棒，脏衣裤竟然帮我叠放好，连台子上的充电线，iPad都是摆放有序，游玩回来疲惫心情一下感动的预约起来。4.会观察客人喜好安排房间内所需用品。住过很多五星宾馆，诺金的客房服务真心体贴。

环境特别漂亮，而且风格独特！特别温馨，很有民国时候的感觉！服务特别贴心，这几天从北京饭店换到东方君悦，有换到北京饭店诺金，诺金是我们感觉最好最贴心的酒店，全木质地板，就是们有些响声，因该是时间太久的原因！
