环境还不错，就是服务真心无语，连多要一条被子都折腾了很久，说什么旺季酒店没有被子了，还有就是提醒大家一下，要双床的一定要注明一下，不然会给大床的，想换都没有机会呢，如果你要去看升国旗还是值得推介这家酒店，近

正碰上酒店迎新春，很热闹，非常方便，离王府井，天安门，地铁都很近，交通便利，服务好，环境很好，正遇上酒店优惠活动，美美地住了几天。

酒店离天安门广场故宫都很近，步行十几分钟就可以到达。酒店房间很宽敞，设施齐全。打扫卫生的服务人员有些马虎，洗浴用品不更换，有一个房间的洗发露，沐浴露还是上一个客人用剩下的。我们定了两个房间，其中有一个房间的玻璃水杯少了两个。呼叫了服务人员，倒是马上补齐了，但说明打扫卫生的人不太敬业。另外酒店的管道设施有些老旧，有一天晚上洗漱室上面的水管突然滴水了，啪啪啪的滴到洗漱台上，然后我们被迫换了另外一个房间。酒店其他方面都还不错，特别是地理位置很优越，房间宽敞这两点值得入住。
