北京饭店诺金，给宾客温馨而舒适家一样的感觉，位置绝佳，长安街景近在眼前，酒店的装饰富丽典雅，出后门走几分钟就是繁华的王府井大街，尤其是要表扬前台的CINDY LIU更是温暖贴心，北京人的大气和有修养在小刘的身上得到了完美的诠释，餐厅经理袁涌更是周到细致，餐厅的西餐可能是国内酒店做的最好的之一，期待下次到北京再来北京饭店诺金。

首先非常庆幸这次在众多酒店里挑选了入住这家百年老酒店！感谢酒店给我们房间精心的布置，并送上温馨可爱的自制贺卡，还有可口的蛋糕和饼干以及水果盘，可以说是宾至如归的感觉，无论是从门童到房间清洁员工以及酒店经理部让我对北京首都酒店的专业与热情佩服至极。酒店地理位置得天独厚，坐落在长安街最佳位置，右手紧邻天安门广场、故宫，左手边就是王府井步行街，完全无需坐车，今后再去北京一定会首选诺金北京饭店??

酒店工作人员服务态度非常友好，非常满意。过去在北京都是住外资五星级酒店，这次特殊情况选择诺金入住，服务非常好，综合服务完全弥补了设施上的缺点，当然设施稍旧一些，但整体还是非常不错的，我们决定今后北京出差选择诺金了，而且已经给公司发送了报告，选择诺金做为出差入住首选。房间内用纯净水可以考总虑按需配送，总之这次入住诺金非常满意。
