位置：酒店位于雁栖湖畔，如果住在湖景房就能够眺望雁栖湖美景。景观视野无敌（取决于天气情况）
设施：公共空间的设施都很出众，不论是设计感还是舒适性。但房间内部设施相对五星来说略微显得简单。对于亲子家庭来说，儿童游乐场和泳池很不错。
服务：中规中矩，个人没有遇到五星酒店那种宾至如归的贴心服务。
餐饮：自助早餐持续时间长、种类也够多；中晚餐，可选中餐、西餐、自助餐、还有酒吧，也都还可以。
总体来说，就是奔着景观位置来的，酒店整体可以接受，但对于五星级价格来说，还有很大的提升空间。

5星的价钱 3星宾馆的服务！除了门童、前台和儿童club的阿姨有笑容挂在脸上外 从其他服务员脸上看不到一点笑容。尤其是中餐厅的服务员 毫无服务意识。叫两三遍才会过来 而且话都懒的说 一个个苦着脸很丧气！我们点了大闸蟹 催了好几遍 都快凉了才把醋姜丝上来，而且非常不情愿。元素西餐厅的自助餐358一位 晚上7:30去的海鲜部分全是残羹冷炙 而且就没上过新的。更奇葩的是服务员经常居然路过餐台前会抓起食物进厨房里吃！另外房间内厕所的垃圾桶里居然有之前客人留下的垃圾-_-总之不会再去！
