The Hotel Staff Is Really Friendly , they upgrade our room and give us souvenir from their hotel .
The Hotel Location also near to everywhere wangfujing you just need walk around 3-5 minutes ,
Ms.Zoey really Kind and Friendly .
And Mr.Henry Help Us booking our attraction to forbiden city and Tiananmen for free .

Excellent location just a short distance east of the Wangfujing pedestrian street. Cosily furnished with modern decor. We stayed on the 12th floor and our room faced east so we could see the skyline of the central business district's distinct buildings. The cleaning staff, 唐嫣, was very attentive to our requests, and Darren at the front desk was very accommodating with arranging transportation.

This hotel experience is great! Must give a big like to Zoey and Ben at the front desk of the hotel! From check-in to check-out, they always smiled, were very kind, answered every question, and enthusiastically recommended interesting places and delicious restaurants around me.
