The staffs were very friendly, the room is spacious and we love the coffee table as my mom can have her little corner to write down her trip's story. The hotel is very close to Wangfujing, the place where we do most of our shopping and culinary activities. Love it.

It was really good hotel, comfortable and helpful staff
We wished to stay in the new rooms but they were not available, but the room we stayed in was good as well, staff spoke english very well and helped us with alipay app to order food, in general I recommend the stay at this hotel

前台dennis的服务很好，能够积极的响应客人需求，帮我升级了房间，房间大小适宜，设施和设计都很合理，早餐也很不错，中西式都有。还有就是位置绝佳，步行到王府井大街很方便。

住过这么多酒店，这家酒店前台 Zoey 的服务真的让我印象深刻！入住当天我因为行程延误心情很烦躁，Zoey 不仅温柔地安抚我，还迅速高效地帮我办理了入住手续。住店期间，我有任何问题找她，她总是及时响应，积极帮忙解决。离店时，Zoey 还送了我一份小礼物，是当地的特色纪念品，太惊喜了！
前台 Zoey 服务特别贴心，办理入住手续迅速又专业，还耐心解答了我所有问题，详细介绍了酒店设施。笑容甜美，让人感觉超温暖，必须好评！下次还住这儿！

老牌四星级酒店，外国旅行团住的多，早餐很好，在北京这个位置这个价格，应该是中规中矩，酒店附近有超市有吃饭的餐馆，到王府井很近
