可以说这个酒店基本没有服务，前台很差，服务员就像我欠他钱一样！入住退房都这样，真的受不了。没有礼宾服务，有人看了我一眼就像没看见一样，妈妈不方便，我自己拎着个大箱子直接没有一个来问候一下的！不愿意帮忙，但我个人认为基本的问候应该是必须要做到的！打电话询问有没有水果，回复说只有携程的客人可以送，哦，可能艺龙订房的不是人吧……只能说位置还行，但也绝不会再来。真心不推荐，订房的小伙伴们，可看清楚再订～由衷希望贵酒店多多培训，基本礼貌，迎来送往这类的培训尤其要重视…往往成功都是败在了细节上。
