前台服务态度比较生硬，虽然也是按规矩办事，但是如果说的客气一点应该会舒服一点。条件设施还可以，但是因为旅行匆忙，好多都没用上，总体来说还行吧😊

酒店不错，位置很好，在灯市口，离王府井近，对面有庆丰包子铺和闹他山西菜，订房不含自助早餐，头一天送水果，卫生挺干净的，床很舒服，就吹风机差了些，要是每天送水果和订房有早餐就更好了！

环境不好，挺潮的，床上和卫生间有小虫子，把他弄点以后依然晚上睡觉还有，第二天起来身上有包，去同仁堂买的药涂了，今天还不好，还得去医院看看，一次很不好的经历，住的有阴影，
