入住体验糟透了！八、九个人等着办理退房，前台明明有三个工作人员，其中一个的服装看起来还是主管，竟然由得大家着急也只是一个人在办，主管和另一个就在一旁聊吗！！！哪怕有人报怨要赶飞机也不为所动，我站了差不多十分钟后也看不到希望，只好放弃，扔下房卡走人。五环大酒店真太牛，这辈子也不可能再跨进它的大门！！！
