严重差评，本来是这家酒店的常客，但是这次发生了特别不愉快的事情，退房结账时，手包忘记在前台，离开店一会发现了，马上给前台打电话，前台说没有，我返回去找，结果就在前台，我不知道这是几个意思，因为着急赶时间，所以没有继续计较，作为服务行业，素质太差，以后这家酒店再也不回去。给大家做个参考。
