这是我北京5晚中最差的一个酒店，预订前还看了评价，但我入住时怎么差别就那么大呢！首先，刚到酒店就晚上六点样子，前台就一个人，电话接不停，等了老半天才接待，态度冷冰冰，一副爱住不住的样子；其次，房卡给我后到房间根本打不开门，房间在8楼，虽然有电梯，跑前台让重做，然后上8楼，依旧不行，然后又下到一楼，来回折腾了3回，最终还是不行，本来到酒店就很累了；最后，最重要的是，房间味道太大，油漆味刺鼻，刚进去10多分钟老婆儿子就说头疼，脸色通红，像过敏一样，到前台交涉想换，也有好几个房客已经在交涉了，看来都是这样。预订前说是2011年装修，我感觉就刚装修一样，后来问了服务员，说装修一个多月！反正，预订这家的旅客，你们会后悔的，反正这是我预订酒店中最差的一个！
