我是提前一周全款订的高级双人间，结果到酒店给我的房间只有一扇门那么大的窗，说同程网上挂的房间没有了，现在给我的房间也叫高级双人间，可以给我退款让我自己再找酒店，这是旅游旺季，上哪立刻找合适的房间，只得住进，由于新装修，气味很大，窗户又小又下大雨，真是气愤！同程也是，没有解决问题的能力，一声道歉太显无能了，下面第一张图是同程网上挂的图，后面是实际的房间图
