差!差!差！以后打死也不会再住了！更不会推荐朋友和同事住这里。一点职业操守都没有，错误频频还推卸责任，最后都变成顾客的问题。办理入住手续时，看完身份证说没有这几位顾客的信息，不给办理入住手续！后来发现有这几个顾客的信息，连句道歉的话都没有！后来房间型号也弄错，大床房给弄错成标间！最后态度还极其不好，实在不敢相信对外宣称是四星级酒店

干净，安静。大床，卫生间，都很好，物有所值，值得推荐。就是后门关的太早，去大观园，南来顺稍微绕路一点。总之，服务生很好！！！值得再住！
