酒店设施陈旧，男大堂经理说话相当强硬。完全是店大欺客的一副狗嘴脸。打着自己是消防部门的酒店，完全不把普通消费者放在眼里。前台人员非常不专业，什么都不知道，打电话过去居然不知跑哪请教别人去了。过了好几分钟才回来继续接电话。
