酒店硬件不错，就是服务太差，前台的接待都是坐着说话，耷拉着脸，毫无宾至如归的感觉。打扫卫生的大妈，早晨七点就在走廊叽叽喳喳，想多睡会儿都不可能，管理太差，不敢恭维！
