I booked the hotel seeing its location and the fact it had decent parking. However, once we checked in, we realised that the fan and AC were not working and the sheets were spotted dirty. The previous sheets hadnt been taken out and this is given the fact, we cheked in at 7 PM. Even the intercom is not working for any room and its like once you are in the room, that's it, you cant ask for anything else. They dont even seem to care about the guests and after much haggling, we got another room where at least the AC threw some air and the fan was working. No one even bothered to give us a water bottle even after repeated asks and finally next morning, even for breakfast, the person who was suppposed to come to the room and take our order never came. The attached restaurant with the hotel is super expensive (given that there is no other restaurant in the vicintity, they seem to take advantage with the prices) and half the items on the menu arent even available. My family and I were super uncomfortable and the hospitality level of this hotel is absolutely zilch. We checked out the next morning as soon as we could. I would really suggest avoiding this place unless you want to keep running around and begging the stuff for basic amenities which were promised as part of the package.
