The room was huge! Dare I say too much space? It felt very posh. The downside to this hotel in my opinion is that it's quite far from the city center.

7月1日订的7月6日的豪华大床房800多，7月6日当天看就700多，还不让更换房型和取消订单。房间窗户小，没有退房快速方式，服务和价格就不在一个层次上。在外订酒店那么多次，差评极少，这个酒店必须差评，同时再也不会使用艺龙。

酒店的采悦轩中餐厅吃出头发。。。经常住五星酒店，长春益田喜来登刷新了我对五星酒店的所有观感，晚餐陪女朋友吃饭，刚吃了几口，竟然吃出头发。。。。。。这已经足够恶心。而更加骇人听闻的是酒店的处理态度，冷漠，扯皮，推诿，别说星级酒店，就是老式的火车站小旅店也难有这种现象。对于这种恶劣的商家，光是语言的抨击远远不够，这种现象如果长春食药监局不能给出满意的答复，就让律师和媒体帮消费者发声，这种无良商家以及它们的无耻态度，必定要让它们付出惨痛的代价，它们才能清楚它们的衣食父母要用心对待
