房间里居然没有水壶，卧室里居然还没有纸巾，都是让服务员现送过来的，服务态度OK，但是这壶也太破、太脏了吧，污渍残留严重，还有饮品茶居然过期了还敢放在储物盒里让客人喝，五星酒店是不是该掉星了？酒店的管理人员真应该好好反思！

早餐种类有点少，大堂服务真的好，一进门，好几个迎上前来帮拿行李的，周边打车不用5分钟就到长影世纪城，走路也就10几分钟吧。轻轨站也在世纪城，另有个门通往净月潭。酒店周围没有吃饭的地方，得打车出去吃。提个建议，洗浴用品可以略提升点档次。

带孩子过来。原订双床房。前台的冯程程小姐非常亲和，主动为我们换成儿童亲子房。我们来自上海，虽然不是许文强，但也一下子记住了她，手工为她点赞。房间很大。里面有二个二米大床，布置是“巧虎”中的角色。望出去景色也挺好，夜里有投影投在楼下冰湖的冰面上。
早餐不挑剔的话，足矣。酒店位置可，去长影世纪城等很近。但周围吃东西的地方没有，只能在酒店内解决。要么去对面的吉林科技文化中心负一层吃点简餐。
