酒店服务很好，我带有小孩，去枊叶湖水上乐园去玩的，入住时大堂副理主动帮助我送行李，我在长沙，也经常光顾华天，连锁品牌酒店值得信赖！住得最满意的一次入住，房间给我们送水果，开空调，服务态度很赞哦！周边环境也很好！👍

非常好的体验，强烈推荐入住，地点佳交通方便，停车位充足，步行可到步行街，诗墙公园，老西门等旅游景点。服务好给孩子送了礼物准备了丰富的孩子用品。

酒店地理位置非常好，有大型的停车场，设施完整，早餐丰富，前台大堂副理热情有礼貌，帮我送行李到房间，还送了水果！房间干净整洁。布置很温馨！下次还会选这家酒店入住！
