此次是带孩子出游，前台很贴心的给我安排了亲子房，房间很舒适，卫生干净，空调效果好，房间还送了水果，服务真是到位，酒店的位置也很好，离步行街仅3分钟路程。真的非常好好好好好好好好好好好好😁好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好好

前台小姐姐服务热情！周边环境也很好，离步行街也近坐车也方便，房间还配送了水果，整体来说酒店特好，以后再来常德就选常德华天了！！！！！

酒店交通方便，在网上看到离步行街很近，就位于市中心，到酒店办入住时，前台服务热情，给我们还送了菊花茶，大堂经理引领我们到房间，还送来了水果，态度很亲切！有回家的感觉！房间设施齐全，温馨，干净整洁！下次入住还会来这里。

房间破旧木踢脚线乱了，卫生间的水漏到房间地毯上，前台接待员不愿意接网订单样牛哄哄的，房间有蚊虫小孩脸咬的一个包一个包的。性价比太差198的房还没连锁酒店88的好。
