酒店的服务非常好！所有的酒店工作人员都很热情，服务周到、暖心，让人感到很温情，仅这一点就让我对常德华天的第一印象非常好！自助早餐也很不错，家人都很满意，我定的是亲子房，房间布置温馨酒店所在的位置出行也很便利，我们家的孩子坚持下次去常德还要住在这呢。

1，地理位置不错，距离火车很近，走走也还行。2，房间干净，床品舒适，隔音效果也不错，能休息好。3，酒店服务蛮好的，每天有送水果。4，房间无线网络还可以，信号比较稳定。

老牌四星级酒店，实至名归，真心推荐。客服人员都很有礼貌，给升级了家庭房，孩子高兴坏了，喊着要多住一晚。房间内很干净，满满一篮子的欢迎水果，新鲜又好吃。自助早餐非常丰盛，全家都吃美了。

酒店位置很好，酒店服务很人性化，早餐自助餐非常丰盛，还送小孩小礼品，自助餐厅服务员很热情；楼层服务员很贴心和细心，看到有化妆品还专门铺了小巾，总之非常满意，下次来常德一定会选择常德华天大酒店。
