第一次入住小天鹅，没想到房价那么高，准备走的时候前台的小马很热情的告知可以网络订房，但是我从来没有在手机上订过，小马又很耐心的帮助我在手机
上订房。虽然弄了很久，但总算成功订房了，年纪大了还学到了些东西啊！今天退房时还想好好感谢前台小马的，但是好像没有上班，下次来长沙还住小天鹅，虽然房间小了点，但是服务还是很暖心的，
