住的高级大床房，房间很小，与七天的普通大床房差不多大小。入住时已经跟前台强调不要安排在电梯口位置的房间，却仍然安排在电梯对面的一间房。临街，晚上打桩机的声音隐约传来让人无法入睡。本人很少留长文评价一间酒店，但芙蓉广场这家戴斯酒店的设施和服务实在令人不敢恭维

本人有鼻炎，被安排在吸烟房，问前台，前台说没有无烟房了，也不做另外安排。那算了吧，说水果随后送到，10点多还没送，打电话问，说忘了送，继续忍了。早餐实在太差，种类少也就算了，还口味差，这是五星酒店吗？重点是，整个吃早餐的过程，不超过20人，想起昨天前台说的没有无烟房了，谁信啊……IHG的酒店如果没有无烟房，会自动升级到行政无烟房，客户体验做成这样，我也是服了戴斯
