性价比低，冠以微五星，有盗名之嫌，实际上是没有办法评五星的，实际上四星都不到，酒店是和住宅混在一起的，排行榜不知道怎么来的，价格高，实付房费608，个人觉得价格450左右是合理的值得点赞的的是房间比较大及房间设施可以，房间系统是ipad控制的，比较新鲜，但ipad不能做其它的事情，没有专用的酒店停车场，有住宅用户停车，车库糟糕，电梯客梯货梯在一起，货梯没空调，也不卫生，酒店大厅小的可怜，还有卖楼的广告，餐厅也很小，环境一般，早餐菜品少，面包片居然是大的烤箱自己用，楼下完全没有活动空间，基本上零绿化，高级酒店常见的游泳池，健身，娱乐设施更是没看到~

地理位置不错，但是卫生太差，房间的地毯一股臭味，好像尿的味道，江边也非常吵！价格偏贵了，达不到五星，最对标准三星。
