酒店地理位置没有话说，在湘江边，离地铁站湘江中路1号出口仅100米左右，交通非常方便！去坡子街，太平街也很近！房间在高层，视野很开阔！

酒店就真的是非常差劲了
最开始是算错价格，多算了2000多元，后面又少算了1000多元
酒店大堂非常小，40多度的天气居然不开空调
办理入住和退房的速度真的是达不到酒店标榜的微5星标准
酒店安全性也很差，外卖小哥居然可以直接坐电梯送到房间，鱼龙混杂，难以保证住客的安全
另外，酒店所标榜的全自动化也不是很好用，经常出现断电的情况，半夜有人不停地敲门，酒店的客房电话半夜还在唱歌，严重打扰了住客的休息
卫生情况也是很差了，走廊里有浓重的酸味，客房的地毯也是脏到不行
客房的枕头特别难受，卫生间的毛巾很破旧
总之是不值这个价位，也达不到所谓的微5星标准

住了三天，马桶保修了五次，一直都在堵塞状态！每天需要从住的20楼去四楼的餐厅去公共卫生间！本来觉得凑合住完算了吧。最后一天晚上，因大人去四楼卫生间，留四岁孩子在房间，结果孩子自己出来房间在走廊溜达！使我实在忍无可忍！找酒店继续反映，直到最后一天退房，马桶仍然处于堵塞状态。我只反映事实问题，其他不作评价！
另外，房间每天都会被塞小广告。
