酒店位置没得说，江景房看得到橘子洲全貌，看烟火尤其好，早餐、服务都很好，坡子街就在酒店后面，步行几分钟即到。感觉不太方便的是停车，真的很不好停，正好地下四层停车场还没完全好，找酒店电梯找了好一阵，第二天开车找出口又找了好久，还有想找个信封装票据，房间里面竟然没有，这种情况还是第一次遇见，这算是个人的一点意见吧！

酒店设备总体设备不错，前台特地帮我安排了江景房，可以高出俯瞰整个橘子洲和湘江不过唯一有两点感觉比较遗憾，第一个就是马桶，这么高级的酒店没有智能马桶，第二个就是酒店内点的牛排，跟胶水牛肉一样。也没有按照要求来做。这个完全不像国际五星的水平

酒店的设施是不错的，问题是艺龙跟酒店的交接处理的极差。我在入住的前一天就已经支付了房费，但到酒店后，前台说我没有支付房费，又让我多刷了好几千的预售权，这时心情已经被影响了，过了两天等我退房的时候。酒店依然说我的订单未付房费的状态，后来又联系艺龙，耽误我在酒店大堂待了一个小时才处理好！
