这次入住酒店体验一般，到达酒店时礼宾没有主动帮忙卸行李，也没有帮忙拿行李指引到前台办理入住。（除了入住的时候，在店及退房期间的礼宾服务都很满意）前台Irene态度很差，已经到她面前了还拒绝服务，让客人在旁边等，影响了整个入住的体验。房间卫生干净，客房服务速度很快。餐厅湘36菜品很好吃，虽然是湘菜，但不会很辣，餐厅服务人员也很热情。总的来说，除了前台那位女士态度很差，其余都很满意。

工作人员态度、服务都蛮好，但是酒店本身很一般。可能住得比较矮，47楼，很压抑的一线天小区高层楼景。所有触摸的设施，按键都没有返程回馈，手感非常一般。抽屉过于强调阻尼，实际感受是卡顿。房间动线设计非常不合理，所有用过的东西没办法顺手放回，要回到进门的衣帽间。不知道哪个柜子抽屉打得开、哪个打不开，不知道东西在哪里。整体以为睡到了闹市民宿。一般住一个酒店，只要不是太差，我在某段时间都会把它当家的，这次例外。
