酒店位置优越，地处商业中心，距离步行街走路也就10分钟。房间较新，设备先进，尤其是衞生间淋浴间还有地热，冬天感觉特别舒服，为此点赞。服务态度很好，礼貌待人。尤其是嘉宾轩的唐逸翔Tania 很是热情周到，给我们提供了周边游玩攻略，很是感激。

58楼风景很好，视野辽阔，没有遮挡，可以看日出??也可以看到橘子洲头的青年毛主席雕像。

Great Location by the river. Many attractions nearby. Booked the hotel package that includes a room, breakfast for 2 and Yiyuan BBQ dinner for 2 for 1300hkd, which is excellent value! Comfortable room and great wellness facilities with pool, gym, both heated jacuzzi and sauna in the gender-segregated changing rooms.

房间大，浴室大，使用起来很舒服。床品和枕头很柔软，睡得很不错。酒店地理位置无敌了，下楼就是餐厅聚集地，买茶颜悦色也很方便。除了冬天房间的暖气没法调低，有点热以外，其他都很满意。

这次入住酒店体验一般，到达酒店时礼宾没有主动帮忙卸行李，也没有帮忙拿行李指引到前台办理入住。（除了入住的时候，在店及退房期间的礼宾服务都很满意）前台Irene态度很差，已经到她面前了还拒绝服务，让客人在旁边等，影响了整个入住的体验。房间卫生干净，客房服务速度很快。餐厅湘36菜品很好吃，虽然是湘菜，但不会很辣，餐厅服务人员也很热情。总的来说，除了前台那位女士态度很差，其余都很满意。
