淡季出行挺好的，前台服务热情有礼貌，房间宽敞明亮，也干净整洁，有问题打电话给housekeeper也很快就能得到解决。我们当时是要求换拖鞋，大概三分钟就到了，这个在酒店行业里算是很飞速的了。温泉票是单独买的，158一成人。温泉效果也很好。唯一的不足大概是天气不是很好，有雨，导致泡温泉的时间很短。不敢泡太久。然后温泉里面室内免费的按摩椅据说还不能用，其他都非常满意。全五分！！！

此次旅程实在是有辱华天的盛名。整个酒店有一种衰败不堪的感觉，人员服务距离五星级标准还差很远。房间的台灯一开始是坏的，后来要求换一个台灯，服务员还不太乐意，觉得麻烦。好容易拿过来一盏台灯，上面还有蜘蛛网。

早餐很好，停车方便，环境好，温泉养生房有两种房型，浴缸和淋浴间分开的那种不方便，今年再住就要选连在一起的。

房间面积大，有阳台，室内泡温泉很舒服，只是有一间卫生间总是有尿气，因为只是住一晚，也就算了。酒店外面环境也很美，只是遗憾大年二十九的晚上没有什么气氛，记得去年也是这个时候住的，外面的灯笼都是有灯光的，今年的黑乎乎的。
