定的含温泉套票的房间，一个大人带两个1米3不到的小孩不可以用两个成人券，一定要另外补100块钱。早餐也遇到了同样的问题，要补50块钱。而且不可以挂房卡上，答复是1000以上才能挂房卡。温泉票对外是198一张，在温泉售票处外面逛逛就碰上黄牛，168一张。顿时就有一种被华天欺客的感觉，华天自己的住客拿不到最最优惠的温泉票，搞笑。房间定的是有温泉泡池的，进房间一看，居然就是圆形的浴缸～！还不带一次性的浴缸套，问客房服务，居然是有偿使用的10块一个。

这次入住经历比较让人失望。酒店设施老旧，卫生程度也对不起华天的品牌，台灯上还有蜘蛛网。酒店的配套餐饮质量也很一般。酒店规模很大，但是到处都是一种萧条破败的感觉。

自驾出游，酒店设施还行，，人多时温泉一半池子没开节约成本，，鱼疗还要另外收费38，温泉区毛巾没更换也没人管，所谓水果还爱给不给。。。非常糟糕体验。。。早餐客房还可以。。。
