前台服务员装高冷，排队结账也不多开二个窗口，问她们个事半天不理会，最气人的是网上订的竟然没发票，客房服务员态度好多了，扫地的阿姨态度也好，就是前台不行，装高冷，什么玩意，再高冷也是个服务员。
