我开了两间房，一个女士带了两个小朋友睡的，还有一个房间是住的两个男士，客人走了，华雅扣费，我打电话酒店说辞一个房间消费了一个避孕套，我说不可能，他们给我的客户打电话说是消费的牙刷物品，据我了解，牙刷是不收费的，酒店就把责任推给搞卫生的阿姨查房不到位，对于酒店的三次不同说法，觉得华雅很不靠谱。虽然只有百来块钱，但这中秋节，客人尴尬，我们也很尴尬，无缘无辜一会说是避孕套，一会说声牙刷扣钱，一会儿说是搞错了

我住在1423房间，雅致双人吧！之前也在这入住过，然后这次体验不太好，第一个厕所门装反了，推拉一点不方便，其次就是房间隔音性价比不高，最后就是早餐只有一人份，订的双人一人的早餐。我也是醉了！！！
