还行吧，就是网络预定的720元的冰雪奇缘亲子房变成了400多的豪华房，一查网络订单还真是订的豪华房，可之前明明选的冰雪啊，大过年半夜赶到，动车晚点66分钟，跟酒店交涉半天，让加100元换了小汽车房，冰雪房已无，有种被宰的感觉，也不知道是网络预订的问题还是酒店的问题，下次用携程了

在价格1300多一晚的酒店中算是太差劲了，首先，由于暴雪天气，想和酒店协商退房，酒店方说不可以，后来冒雪前行到酒店晚7点多了，居然说房间还没有打扫，这是逗谁呢……下午一点多就打电话告知酒店要入住的。然后就是入住，房内陈设还可以，小孩很喜欢，但是空调一夜的嘀嗒声，一夜未眠。再说说早餐吧，8点多吃早餐基本都是凉的了，种类非常少，连一般快捷酒店都不如！

酒店房间很不错，孩子们房间里玩滑滑梯不亦乐乎。酒店很贴心可以免费租用婴儿澡盆，见天冷每天还给俩暖宝宝，房间里一些细小处做的很贴心，例如提供一次性儿童拖鞋；卫生间有小凳子供孩子踩脚，洗手台有两个盆一大一小，小的在水龙头上还套上利于孩子洗手的塑料托，已推荐朋友们，以后来住就这家了。
