订的汽车总动员房，孩子们玩的很开心，房间打扫的很干净，早餐也不错。但是有位女前台的态度差强人意，退房时问了下是不是能够给瓶水，她说没有，这很正常，没有任何问题。然后当着我们的面和另一前台说，客房水要收费的，3块钱一瓶巴拉巴拉，语气让人感觉不太舒服。如果直接对我们说收费3元我觉得ok，这样当我们面谈论情商是不是太低了点？感觉我们要白蹭一瓶水？！
