很温馨，很精致，最主要环境好，就在山脚下，夏天去也很凉快，以后还会去，就是酒店的菜还是很贵的，可以到外面去吃

订的家庭房，一家三口正合适，从南京中午11点冒着41度的高温，12点半到达南山竹海客栈停车场，天太热了，登记好房间就开始休息，3点多到总台开了张优惠单到游客中心，所有门票和小交通全部八折，很不错。竹海景区里还是比外面凉快很多，酒店送的珍味坊鸡汤抵用券和鱼头减100元抵用券用在晚饭中了，三白和三黑也全部吃了，都不错。
