环境位置设施都不错，服务很好，交通便利，中式古典园林的风格，父母很满意，虽然正值春节，价格涨不少，但服务很满意，送了青花瓷小礼物和小鸡玩偶，美中不足是隔音不怎么好，走廊声音会听的很清楚，还好人不多不嘈杂

很古色古香的一家客栈，房间也挺干净，早餐也很丰富，位置优越，出行方便，到御水温泉和南山竹海步行就可抵达，周边还有很多不错的农家菜，值得推荐噢！

家庭房很不错的。适合一家三口入住。大床房的话相对小了些。总体是不错的体验。酒店前台可以打折买温泉票，还可以给个打折单子买竹海的门票，也可以享受八折优惠。酒店出口就是停车场，停车非常方便。 南山竹海游客服务中心也很近；距离温泉稍远，要走个十分钟的样子
