房间大，空调不是中央空调，车库入口不好找。周边没有什么饭店。其它还好吧，入住体验一般。有点类似酒店公寓那类。

酒店服务很差！！！下午到了酒店，前台故意说给我们房型升级，但是给了一个特别差的房间，周围外机吵的睡不着，而且门是坏的！房间就在健身房和储物间旁边的角落。位置很偏很差。关键是我们带了个小孩，前台竟然非常无耻的，给了一个如此差的房间！！！晚上睡不着，我们又和前台投诉，大半夜给换房间，把孩子折腾的够呛。前台的小姐，你到底有没有廉耻之心！坑人也要选对象！！！号称五星，服务简直垃圾的彻底！奉劝该酒店如果给您升级，麻烦不要相信，真的这家是骗人的！

酒店就在市区 交通方便 自己开车去的 有两层停车场 停车场非常的大 十分便捷 酒店还有ktv 这点很好，酒店房间非常的大 很干净 服务也很好

本来觉得环境还不错，但是服务感觉很一般，两家都是带了小孩去的，加床要收费，升亲子房更不可能，之前住过别的酒店带小孩就升亲子房了，也可能十一房间紧张吧，睡觉时发现枕头上有血渍，感觉有点恶心没用，另外没有传说中的水果赠送，也没有小孩的拖鞋什么的

酒店在曼哈顿广场，周边可逛，早餐环境一般，是会议桌拼的。房间蛮大，没有中央空调。前台服务不错，总体评价不错。
