我们是亲子去环球港玩。孩子小，每天中午要午睡，酒店离环球港不远，单趟10分钟左右，出行非常方便，对于我们带着孩子玩的，非常适合。而且相比邮轮酒店性价比更高。酒店的服务也不错，平时早餐到9.00，我们节假日去，酒店特地把早餐时间延后，保证大家都能吃到早餐，9.00后，还在不断地加菜。虽然比起其他更高星级酒店的品种没有那么多，但是热忱和尽心已经能可见一斑了！在早餐时还听到工作人员在说，“别的不管，先让人吃上饭”真挺暖心的。前台文斌和占荣的服务也让人满意，因特殊原因找过前台寻求帮助，前台私人帮我解决了。提个小建议，酒店要是有个小型的超市或者便利店，可能就更完善了，一些小尴尬也会迎刃而解。总之，本次入住非常满意！

酒店房间还可以，设施齐全，空间较大，床比较舒服。另外，地毯不太干净，上面异物较多；吐槽一下早上用餐，跟去了菜场一样。
