酒店设施和服务都很不错，从房间的阳台看出去，景色很美，特别是夜景，还能看到春秋乐园。酒店地理位置好，去春秋乐园和淹城动物园，步行即达。酒店的自助餐也不错，住店客人还有优惠。亲子游的首选，值得推荐。

除了距离淹城近，我们定的湖景房的外面的景还不错外，其他貌似没啥值得肯定的了，设施陈旧暗淡，洗澡间的水阀把手是坏的，灯居然有一个是没灯泡的，房间也不大，定的房间中午一点五十去的时候居然还要等15分钟，关键还不是周末或者节假日，对不起550块的价钱，300差不多吧

位置很好，周末去淹城动物园位置最近的星级酒店了。保持一贯水准，各方面都还行，带阳台的设计不错。不满: 好歹也是个五星酒店的品牌，烧水壶居然是全塑料的。一个不锈钢水壶大规模采购不会超过50元吧？500间客房不过2.5万而已，省这点钱是拿客人的健康开玩笑。我们反正一楼热水都不敢喝，孩子奶粉也没喝上。
