我们早上九点多就到了，跟前台商量了一下就让我们提前入住了。房间很大，设施齐全，整体感觉非常不错。酒店离野生动物园很近，走十分钟就到了门口有免费停车场，停车也很方便。

这家酒店的设施很老旧，浴室的百叶帘拉不上，服务员也说酒店建设年代太久远，管理方也不修理，所以客房设施也是好多不能正常使用。墙面有脱皮。房间空气不好，蚊虫较多。最重要的是某些服务人员素质低下，根本就没有培训入岗。丝毫没有服务意识。带3岁小孩吃自助餐 居然还要找我们额外收费 。估计是私饱中囊！！！建议酒店方搞好管理。另外 此服务人员不懂得服务行业基本规定和规则，并且服务礼仪 态度及其恶略。人员培训 考核才能上岗哦，不然小心哪天酒店降星！！！服务乃 上星酒店服务之灵魂，没有服务 一切都是空的。 小吐槽：此酒店的自助餐费用不低，但实在没有什么可吃的。中午很快就饿了。不建议 入驻，尤其是带小孩的。影响心情。

带着父母孩子去春秋淹城乐园，选择入住了这家酒店，总体还可以，房间挺大，卫生间也挺干净，就是wifi很差，并且没有网络电视。
