服务人员的素质都非常的高，环境优雅，很有特色。还有洗衣房、烘干机设备，去避暑山庄步行6、7分钟，附近商圈购物方便。给我们升级了几木豪华间，每个房间都有一个地台，喜欢。

新酒店，比较好的是在承德这个地方这个酒店服务很不错，大堂经理见我们外出感觉提示我们会下雨，可以从酒店带雨伞出去，贴心.

酒店位置离避暑山庄5分钟路程，酒店周围非常方便快捷，对面是名都购物中心，吃喝玩乐俱全！
酒店设计风格简约时尚，是我喜欢的木色系，房间所使用的用品，一楼大厅都有卖，个人觉得用的东西还不错，就是这次住的房间空调口对着床头吹，自己琢磨了一下貌似风口不能移动，晚上只好睡在另一边。
早餐比较简单，味道一般，就是早上起床懒得出门去吃！
酒店整体风格、服务质量、管理等挺不错的，性价比也还可以，还会继续关注！
