老人孩子住的，打电话前台客服提前帮忙解决很多问题，提出的疑议也都很耐心的解答，今天问问看老人孩子睡的是否安稳就好，据说承德的道路比较窄，希望选择的房间可以停靠马路远一些或者隔音效果好一些就完美了。哦对了订酒店都是不含早餐的这件事比较不周全，希望店家早些参考意见尽快解决和完善
