酒店比较新，还留有装修的味道。洗澡水蛮大的，有时会忽冷忽热，但不影响洗澡，瞬间也就恢复正常了！停车也很方便，停车场管理人员很负责，会指挥停车地点，基本可以避免剐蹭发生。这点很满意！门口是单行道，开车来的要注意了，要从广仁大街左拐进马市街，酒店在马市街上！周围垃圾桶很多，这点很差的体验！酒店服务员都很礼貌！去避暑山庄步行大概就十分钟，很方便！周边饭店很多，晚上穿过对面的商场沿河有夜市，逛逛也不错👍

和父母一起出游选择了家庭房，房间结构设计合理，三个人也不觉得拥挤，装修和设施都挺新的，但衣橱还稍微有些味道。最喜欢的是酒店的位置，处于市中心，离避暑山庄10分钟以内的路程，去小布达拉宫，普宁寺也都有直达的公共交通，省了不少打车费。但好像门口的停车位不多，如果自驾游建议提前咨询下车位。缺点是酒店门口路段有些脏乱，而且门口只有斜坡没有楼梯不太友好。

酒店很干净，适合带小朋友入住，还给了儿童牙刷和小拖鞋，非常暖心。早餐还还错丰富，水果，面食，蔬菜都有。酒店对面就有一个大商场，购物非常便利。最后退房时，服务员还给了2瓶水，说让路上喝，真的很感动！对了，入住时还给了酸梅汤。总之，大力推荐，真心好评👍

前台服务好，热情。位置好，距避暑山庄步行7、8分钟，距外八庙打车15元。房间干净整洁，床品质量好，卫生间干湿分离。早歺丰富，还有特色羊汤。停车场不算大，但可停对面名都广场地下停车场，酒店提供免费停车券。
