简直对这宾馆无话可说啊，除了离避暑山庄正门比较近之外没有优点了，每个服务员都态度生硬，是不是以前伺候官老爷伺候惯了，现在看到我们这些p民们都不高兴伺候了，房间除了一个榻榻米的床之外，一排书桌放好基本没有空间了，小的要命，卫生间和洗浴也是非常局促，水要放很久才会热，没有送的水，没有面抽没有冰箱，这是四星？？真的比招待所还差，经过总台还要走几百米的路才能到嘉宾楼，更要命的是那里4层楼没有电梯。。。。。唉让服务员多给我们一条毛巾浴巾卷纸都在那辩解说房间标配就是2条和一卷，要知道我们是三个人住啊，此次承德最差的就是宾馆定错了

设施不像4星级酒店，感觉和快捷酒店差不多，500多的房价，性价比不高，比较可心的就是位置很好，出游方便，下次可以住周围的快捷酒店。

就在避暑山庄正门对面，距离很近。但是老政府的招待机关，服务等同没有，房间不提供矿泉水，房间设施很差，五百块住了个招待所，还美其名曰嘉宾楼，各位睁大眼睛，有这个价我肯定住个远一点条件好的地方。
