位置好，避暑山庄对面。服务好，网上定的俩房间，到店时单子房卡都准备好了，交了押金入住一分钟搞定。主楼四层，地毯干净。唯一不满意的是晚上洗澡热水供应中断一次，报服务台修了。

位置一级棒！就在避暑山庄对面。交通餐饮都很方便，来承德旅游首选。

就在避暑山庄对面！周边餐饮也还算是方便。嘉宾楼距离主楼有一段距离，停车方便！在承德住店吃饭停车是个大问题，避暑山庄周边根本找不到停车位。这里免费停车。住宿挺好，就是卫生间比较奇葩，马桶在里面，淋浴在外面，还好洗澡水没问题。总体还好！淡季便宜

就在山庄的外面很好找 设施太老太旧了 服务员总是在我们外出的时候进房间打扫卫生 其实我们并不需要

正逢国庆小长假，爸妈和男票我们一行四人入住，停车场在主楼后的院子里，进出只有一个窄过道，车位又是爆满的。在这种情况下，宾馆主楼前还要经营“停车收费”的营生，挣钱心切，我们也担心爱车不能安置妥当啊，难道不应该首先服务于我们嘛？
