酒店全新，装修很先进，很干净，夜间入厕有感应墙灯。服务也很好，有人从停车场就帮忙拿行李，晚上还贴心的送了银耳汤，早餐也很好，不亚于五星级标准。

酒店很干净，每个服务人员都很热情，其间车胎出现问题停车场的工作人员很热情的帮忙问这附近的修理厂。酒店位置超级好楼下就是超市、肯德基、必胜客，属于市中心还有很多早餐点，另外离印象承德饭店走路就5分钟。住了两晚送了银耳汤。酒店矿泉水无限量提供。设施都很新。如果再去承德我肯定会定这家酒店。

早餐自助还可以，适合带孩子(新装修，还有些味道)，酒店位置在市里，交通方便，楼后有停车场，据说地下停车场正在装修，每天晚上还提供银耳羹

服务热情，关键是主动问寒问暖。每层楼大厅准备了免费瓶装饮用水，对我们这些出行玩儿的人来说非常方便，晚上还准备了免费的银耳羹，看得出来酒店管理很上心。带老人去的，感觉很好，老人家说了，下次来还住这里

特别满意的一次住店体验！地处商业中心，交通便利，距离山庄步行20分钟，停车位充裕，房间干净，服务贴心，入住当晚还送来宵夜，早餐尤其好，秒杀五星酒店*达，每一样都做的精致可口！绝对良心价，强烈推荐！
